2 oz OOLA Bourbon Whiskey

0.75 oz Lemon Juice
0.75 oz Simple Syrup
1 oz Egg White
2 dash Angostura Bitters
2 dash Orange Bitters

Preparation:
Shake w/Ice, Strain into coupe
Express lemon disk over cocktail and discard
Garnish: Add 5 dots Angostura Bitters down the middle and draw a line to create 5 connecting hearts
