Glass: Rocks

2 oz OOLA Three Shores

1/2 oz Brown Sugar Syrup

3 dash Chocolate Bitters

Cinnamon Stick, long broken piece

Marshmallow

Preparation:

Stir w/ ice, strain into rocks glass with one big rock

Garnish: slice marshmallow in half and pierce with cinnamon stick piece. Perch on rim. Set fire to the marshmallow tableside
